Digital Products and Services

OCENEXVR products may include VR simulation software, Windows PC software, Web3D experiences, digital training content, product demos and custom software services.

Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, software is provided under a limited, non-transferable license for the agreed user, institution, device, duration or pilot scope. Ownership of software, source code, branding, models, designs and intellectual property remains with OCENEXVR or its licensors.

Training Disclaimer

OCENEXVR software supports learning, familiarisation and training. It does not replace certified training, instructor supervision, shipboard procedures, manufacturer manuals, statutory requirements or professional judgment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
