This Refund Policy applies to purchases, pilots, subscriptions, demos or custom digital services offered by OCENEXVR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Digital Software and Subscriptions

Because digital software access, licenses, downloads, cloud accounts and subscriptions can be delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, unless required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

Demo / Pilot Payments

Pilot or demo fees may be refundable only if OCENEXVR is unable to provide the agreed access or service. Refund eligibility depends on the written proposal, invoice, payment terms or agreement.

How to Request a Refund Review

Email info@ocenexvr.com with your name, company/institution, product purchased, payment date, transaction reference and reason for the request.
